Separate a vehicle charging fault from the charging session
A failed charging session alone does not identify a vehicle defect. Record the station identifier, connection type, vehicle message, and whether the station reported an error. For propulsion or range complaints, preserve the displayed state of charge and the actual warning rather than estimating battery health from one trip. The review concerns fully electric vehicles, not hybrid engine transitions.
